Suit All Aeroflow Fuel Cells

Looking for a replacement fuel cap for our Aeroflow fuel cells or an alternative when building a custom fuel cell? These flush fuel cell caps are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium, and they feature a bright black anodised or polished finish for great looks and corrosion protection.

These aircraft-style flush caps are designed for fast cap removal with a flip-up and twist action and a one-way air valve incorporated into the cap.

These Billet Fuel Cell Caps are available to suit Aeroflow, Jaz or RCI fuel cells. The Aeroflow fuel cell caps are 12 bolts with a 120mm bolt circle. Meanwhile, the RCI fuel cell caps are 134.5mm bolt circles. Each suit has a 4" (102mm) hole. Stainless steel hardware is included for easy installation.
